Anyone have the part number for the good bronze bushing that is oil impregnated instead of the one that has some iron in it.?

There was discussion this a while back. Oldtime I think found one. I know he was looking. Might do a search as a bunch of threads come up. Also would be helpful to know what transmission you have behind the Buick V-6 as they are different dimensions depending on which application.

Holy crap that stuff is expensive, 841 bronze (oil lite bronze) is roughly $7.50 an inch for 1-1/8 " diameter. No wonder those bearings are tough to come by anymore.
I haven't bought any in nearly 10 years and the last time was about $2.50 per inch.

Haven't read anything about them. Do they last as long as the bushing?

The outside diameter, yes, but the I.d. can be different depending on transmission application.
