Some guys use hockey pucks to replace the small slivers of rubber. That raises the body about 3/4 to an inch.

Walcks and most jeep suppliers have them.

If you are looking for restoration stuff the originals were basically cut up pieces of tire from the factory. As tcfeet said Walck's and many suppliers sell them. Many folks use the polyurethane pucks from Energy Suspension, Daystar, etc. These will net about 1/2"-3/4" lift. If you are looking for a body lift and not just insulators then someone offers tube that you cut to length. Can't remember who offers it, maybe 4 wheel drive hardware, but a search should turn some info up on that.

A body lift wont really work on an early Jeep due to the steering column and clutch/brake pedals being attached to the frame
