modern buick v6 swap.

Just wondering if anyone has ever done a newer buick engine conversion. I have a 91 buick century with the 330 v6 and am considering swapping it in place of the dauntless 225. I would use all the wiring, fuel pump, computer and everything else needed to do the swap. my biggest concern would be if there is a flywheel available to mate it to a manual tranny?

And also if it has ever been done or tried.

    thanks.

Too much headache.. I say go with a chevy 4.3 if you need EFI.

Other than that.. theres the camaro buick 3.8 v6's in 89 and up till.. i dont know when.

There are ways to make it work but really, what's the point? A lot of time and money to spend on an engine that were a dogs breakfast engine to begin with, there's not many around and aftermarket support is less than zip.

for what the motor is and how old the car is i think it is pretty peppy. and reliable. i was just thinking about the swap as I already have the motor and thought that if the flywheel was available i could replace my old tired oil burning leaking and ready to blow up engine. thats part of why I asked to see if it was even a viable option. doesn't sound like it would be worth the hassle I appreciate the help and knowledge that i always find on here. thanks

It was actually the 3L I was thinking of that's the dogs breakfast but everything else holds true for the 3.3 bunny with a pancake.
