I need to check the tranny oil in my T90 and Tcase, dana 20. Just an open end box wrench to remove the bolt? Also, any tips for filling up the tranny or Tcase? There is not a lot of room so tipping up the bottle is not an option.
    Thanks,
    Paul

It's actually a pipe plug not bolt for the fill location. Should be filled until it starts to weep out the fill hole or just slightly below. A cheap pump from your flaps (Friendly Local Auto Parts) store works very well for filling.

Box end or if it's the square indent ones a ratchet fits those. Find ya a pump that fits the bottles - that's the easiest for the fill.

Pretty sure a box end or open end wrench will do the job.
mine you could fit a 3/8ths ratchet into the drain plug on the TC. The fill plugs are all what looks like 1/2" square for either a open end wrench or a crescent wrench.

I got my oil in a squeezable bottle and used a (I think) two foot clear length of tubing. Either a 1/4" or 3/8ths".
It fit into the plug holes and I was able to control how fast and how much I put in.

got it.. the drain plugs on the diffs are the indent kind, all others seem to be the external kind.
    Thanks,

For the t-case, I was able to squeeze the quart bottle enough to squirt it up into the hole. You just have to refill the bottle a few times b/c you can only squeeze so much. For the tranny, just take the shifter tower off and pour it right in the top. It's only 6 bolts and you don't have to lay on your back.
