Gear Ratio

    I have a 69 Jeepster V-6 that has been changed from standard to automatic some where along the way. Are the gear ratio's front and rear ok if they haven't been changed?

    I certainly wouldn't worry about it. Are you having some particular issue or just curious?

    Should run fine - most auto's were 331 and the stick 373

    My 71 with an auto is 3.73 from the factory. So I guess mine is not one of the most :D
