My 64 CJ3B rebuild

    Started the tear down in sept. 2010 and found EVERYTHING in dire need of help with the one exception being the front differential being solid. I could go on and on of what had to be replaced or rebuilt but will spare you the gore.

    It's all rattle can semi-gloss, engine is high heat Krylon, frame was rustoleum and various other parts got Duplicolor or regular Krylon. No real rhym or reason just whatever I had at the time because everything got sprayed at different stages as I went along.

    This is what I discovered with the front axle as it came off, something just looked wrong with it?

    So online search I did and discovered it could be straightened and heres how I did it.

    This was a huge discovery made while coming apart, For over 20 yrs. it never had brakes even after complete wheel rebuilds and thought it was just part of the Jeep experience. It is the main line off the M cylinder that goes to the T fitting then onto each drum F & R.
