How to remove brake master cylinder

    I can't figure it out for the life of me and I figured I should ask before I break something. How do you disconnect the push rod from the master cylinder?

    When I replaced my MC on my stock '73, there is a snap ring that holds the brake pedal push rod in that you have to remove. It was kind of fun to get mine out...

    How did you get to it? I see what you are talking about in the FSM but it doesnt have a clear way of explaining how to remove it either.

    Did you remove the master cylinder from the Jeep? You need to remove the push rod from the brake pedal arm..
