I want to remove my heater assembly to possibly refurbish or look at installing a Mojave heater but don't know where to start. What all is involved?

    Please help.

disconnect and plug the inlet/outlet coolant hoses that are located under the battery tray.

reach under the dash and disconnect the defroster duct hose. disconnect the heater/defroster/fresh air cables, and unplug the heater motor from the switch. remove the bolts that hold the entire assembly to the firewall. pull out.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. Wanted to see what shape everything is in and if can be salvaged.
