    Hey Ya'll,
I'm looking for some ideas for mounting the rear shocks after doing a spring over. The fronts look like no big deal, I just don't see the room for the rears without cutting into the inner fender wells. Got ideas?

I wanted the upper mounts on mine as high as possible also. But as you mentioned, not possible without cutting into the fenderwells. I was thinking of doing some kind of hoop welded to the frame, goes out and up just right beside the inner fenderwells.

I ended up just installing the mounts on the same level as the frame...

yeh ,thats a tough spot . this was my fix for longer shocks ,what looks like a bung is a tube that goes all the way to the other side ,works as a x-brace too , since my stocker x-member right there has cracked on one side.how is your exhaust run? this would be in the way maybe?

I was thinking of something similar ot your while I was staring at today. Actually, I don't have an exhaust system at the moment. Probably be a month or more before I get that far.
