Well i got my tachometer(sunpro), got my grant stearing wheel modified to fit, i mounted my kc wannabe lights, ran wires for ignition to new switch using rubber gromets for most badassness and bought some wire loome for better looks. Drained tcase and found lots of water so imma pull the trans/tcase, muffler is welded on. thats about all i got done today Oh and i got my 33s mounted two on the back are mudkings, one is a procomp mud terain and the front left is a bfg all terain, idc as long as i have road worth tires and there the same size.

Wow! You gotta lot done already!:)
Something to be aware of is just because the tires say they are a certain size on the sidewall doesn't mean they are actually the same height when mounted. I've seen over an inch difference in height in off road tires from one manufacturer to another. This can cause handling quirks that you should be prepared for. :coffee:

Is that the 3 speed? if it is find your self a T18 four speed with the granny low, much better trans for offroad use.

Just a helpful suggestion. I wouldn't put that trans in anything until I knew it was working ok and what it was. Being as Jeep didn't use a 2 speed manual trans in CJ's there could be something wrong with it. I'd check it out first.

Ok, I just saw your youtube video. Looks like a T-14 you have but another pic of the full shifter top would be helpful to id for sure. It looks like the output shaft is fully forward. If that is the case then you are going to need an output shaft, pocket bearings, blocking ring, most likely and input gear, and possibly a 2/3 synchronizer assembly at the least.
If it did just slide back and allow the bearings to fall out of the input gear you might be able to get away with reassembly. If so, DO NOT USE GREASE TO HOLD THE BEARINGS IN PLACE. use vaseline or transmission assembly lube. Grease will plug the oiling passages and cause the bearings to starve for oil whereas vaseline will melt away and mix with the oil.
