VIN Question

    I have seen a document before that can help me with a VIN but can't find it. I don't know if it was on here or on the CJ3B Page.

    I am looking at a DJ3A and it has a VIN of 56337 10949. Can someone direct me to the reference or tell me what year this DJ is? Also it has a 3 sp on the column. Is that trans fully synchro or not?

    prolly a sideshift T90
    no synchro first gear

    trans is a T96 also used in Rambler/studebaker with minor gear & shaft diff
    and jpflat2a is correct no synchro in 1st
