I'll be filling some body holes with a welder fairly soon and wanted to know if the OEM fender flare holes match to current aftermarket holes for the "oem replacement" fender flares?

I don't want to weld them shut, then re-drill them later.

    Anyone know this from experience?

There are no "standard" holes for flares, AFAIK. You could buy your replacement flares now, and check them out for holes and fit?

Yep, that's a good call Tim. I'm going with the normal OEM style replacements. I guess I'll put an order in for a set.

I put the J.C. Whitney flares on my cj-5 20 years or more ago. When they finally rotted/broke, I replaced them with the same Whitney flares and the holes were in the same places.
