so I'm going to run all the breathers from the drivetrain to one location, up high .question, the stock axle breathers you can blow through very easy ,if you push down then they close up,(I think they are just packed with oilly dirt) I took one apart to brase a tube onto it and cleaned the spring and rubber now it seams to work to well and the rubber is making such good contact with the pusher spring that it's hard to blow though . will the vent still vent ,how much push are we talking here .

Why do you need that piece on there if you're moving them all up high?

I've got all mine run high and put a piece of copper tubing bent in a U shape in the upper end. It like having a snorkel on it. If the water or what ever gets as high as that I would be swimming.

uuuuuuuh ,hello, guys this is me ,,,,,,, my jeep is is always picking these crazy lines/ or going where there is no trail ,,and ends up on it's side ,it needs some sort of cap or the oil will just come out too easily. .vented the front diff by itself , and the trans/transfer and rear diff are connected and run up . thinking that those caps should have some resistance from the rubber and spring , if they were free to blow threw then what good are they.

next is to stop the underseat gas tank from puking fuel at the slightest 45*+ angle. by useing a non vented cap and running a rollover check valve.

I don't think adding the vent cap to the end of a long hose is going to accomplish what you're after. Sounds like you might need something like this:

Forget the standard breather. They easily clog up as you found and aren't all that reliable. Run the lines up high and use a filter that sheds water. A common and cheap filter to use is a clear plastic fuel filter with the paper medium. Many run a cheap K&N style breather filter as another option.

I don't know if this is correct or not, but the PO on my '69 hooked all the breathers together and connected them to the air cleaner.

I would think that a constant vacuum pull on there would draw moisture in
