CJ2A hardtop fit a early CJ5?

I've searched and can't find an answer. Will a CJ2A hardtop fit a 62 CJ5? I read that the bodies swap around nicely, but not sure about the window frames.

    Thanks,
    Dan

Can somebody elaborate why this won't fit? Too wide, too long, etc?

    I have a chance at a free cab/doors for a cj2a, and I own a 63 cj5.

    Thanks!

a CJ2A windshield is square cornered and narrower width than the CJ5 ( which is 55" and rounded at the corners. ) Thus, the front half of the cab top would taper narrower for a CJ2A. The doors, depending on brand, is another can of worms as it is usually formed to the taper contour to the side of the bodytub.

take a look at this site and pay close attention to how the doors wrap on a cj3b which is similar fit dilemma should you incorporate a cj 5 top with doors

regardless. if your getting it for free. you might be able to trade it or modify it (can "o" worms but do-able)
is the top aluminum or steel construction?

    need a pic

To be honest, I haven't a clue yet. LOL! I'm in Md right now, and home is back in NH. Hoping to get a hold of it this weekend, then I'll know what I can or can't do.

    Thanks for the input!
