I have a '67 Commando with a 4" body lift. I recently had some work done on the tie rods and the shop said my drag link needed replacing. Every replacement drag link I've found is too short? Do you think the PO had one made? Does anybody know where I can get a custom one made?

4" body lift? (Spacers between the body and frame) Or suspension lift? (Arched springs)

Body lift won't affect drag link length.

    Spacers between body.

    mb82 I feel great!

Non-stock axles maybe? If they are wider then stock then the drag link probably will be too short.

4" body lift! I thought I misread that last night.

If you're talking about the one between the box and the bell crank they can be rebuilt or adjusted, if the ball seats aren't worn completely.
I'd be interested in how the steering column is attached at the box with that much lift or how it was done. Pictures would probably be in order.

I'd also like to see shots of the body mounts, have they been reinforced?
