Body mounts and body lifts

Hey guys some good news but need some help.... After looking hard for a good replacement bodymount/ 1 inch body lift system with no luck, I might have us 'true intermediates' some cooperation from M.O.R.E offroad in building us a kit. I was at the Pamona Offroad Expo this weekend and met the owner Scott who said he does not have a kit for the 72-75 CJ5 but would make us one if we got him the dimensions for body mount size ( height and diameter) and bolt size. I think this would be a good kit because he uses aluminum pucks for body lifts.
For you experts.... what are the bolt sizes and body mount sizes with quantities needed to help build this kit?

Come on guys..... nobody recently put in new body mounts or body lift?

 

Rubber or poly mounts actually help with vibration/noise control, gives a nice 1" spacer.
