Can someone tell me a vendor that sells the emergency brake cable the loops from the rear center cross member to the arm back to the crossmember. Also the spring. It looks like it had a piece of rubber hose or something on that cable too. Basically, I need everything from the actuating arm out. Everything was gone on mine

In 71 they looked like this. If yours is missing, I think they would be real easy to make. A spring from the local hardware store and a metal hanger straightened out.
That is if your talking about what I think your talking about.:)

Mike, My spring was missing. I used a screen door spring. Several years have passed and it still works. I think Herm the Overdrive Guy had these parts listed.

    Nobody's mentioned Walck's 4WD?

I'm sure Walck's would have it if anybody did, but like he said it is easy to find a replacement locally--in most civilized places anyway. I think I'd make the rod out of stainless welding rod or piano wire though.

Hey WYOMIKE, where is the arm attached on yours? Mine attaches at 6 o'clock on the bottom of the speedometer housing. Can you give me a closer pic where the spring attaches to the arm?
