I am trying to put a jiffey cab on my 1959 cj5. The door hinges are gone and one of the door window clips used to make it stay put when in a given position is gone. The searches I did do not show pictures anymore. Anyone got some they could post so I can get some idea how to make hinges for door and the part that fits on the body? Can these be purchesed or must be fabricated as I suspect?

Unclebill just put his back on about a week ago, had some pics of it and he likes to take pictures.
He might be able to help.

and he likes to take pictures.

    HA HA!

    yes i do.
i am a firm believer in showing a pic instead of typing 1000 words and just adding to the confusion.

i am missing the same window clip and i think we gotta make our own.
    i finished painting it yesterday.
    and wil take pics tomorrow.

These pictures were just what I needed, I appreciate them I am going to our local fence place and tractor supply and see if I can come up with something to start with later this morning.

Thanks! I made a set to put on the body that looked like yours out of a gate hinge I got from our local fence place. It took a little welding and I do not have them where they will just lift right off, but thay work and I can get them off pretty quick by taking off the top hanger.
