Tag under Serial: What does this say?? Marcy Registrada....

I just got a Right Hand Drive CJ-6 yesterday. Underneath my serial tag is another tag. Its very hard to read, but I think it says:

MARCY REGISTRADA - MARONE DEPOSEE
WILLYS ______________ TOLEDO, OHIO USA

Does anyone know what this means?
And, what information can you tell me about Serial Number listed on the 2nd picture? And what the imprint of the AP is for?
I was able to find out this: 57 = Universal, 74 = Open Body (Universal CJ-6), 8 = Universal, but don't know if the other numbers mean anything specifically.

And, since its a right hand drive, I'm thinking that it was probably an export. What do you think?

These are simply "REGISTERED TRADEMARK" in Spanish and French. Can't help with the AP though.
