T-case question

    On my 75 the previous owner had modifyed the tranny mount and crossmember.. I eneded up fabbing a new crossmember, etc.. I noticed on the T-case on the passenger side that there is a kind of tab with a threaded hole in it sticking out.. Looks like there were two holes but part of the lower hole is busted off. Does any one know what that hole is for? Or how it was used if it was a t-case mount?

    Not exactly sure what you are talking about, but here is a picture of my tranny mount. If this helps?

    That pic helps a lot, because my rig does not have the torque plate on it ... The place I am talking about is on the passenger side of the tcase, close to the frame rail.. I'll try to get a pic of mine tommorrow
