May be just 'cause it's on jacks. Toss the tires on and drop it see what happens.

Tie rod flip maybe. Like he said, put it on the ground and check it out.

There is a taper to drill out and then a new bushing has to be put in.
Someone makes a kit just don't recall who.

Google "tie rod flip" and you'll find lots of info.

I'd put a 2* caster wedge in between the axle and springs... Ought to give you 1/2" or more clearance out where the tie rod intersects the springs... A little added caster is usually OK...

well I think I am just going to do the tie rod flip it seems be a plus anyway I look at it. More clearance which is always good and the big plus is my tie rod wont hit my springs lol

http://www.goferitoffroad.com/ I did a shackle reversal and it was real close .you could try deg. shiming the diff but this would cure it. I used these . drill /drop in / weld them .I'm happy with them but undercut like 1/8" before welding in the plug . bought the Big Daddy tie rod kit from them too , I thought it was a good price......

Longer shackle won't work. Tie rod is bolted to the axle, the axle is bolted to the springs. Longer shackle will lower the axle, and the tie rod.;)

For less than 10 bucks, I'd go with caster wedges to at least get it driveable.
Tie rod flip is $$$ (mainly the reamer)

Are those the correct springs for you vehicle? That's quite a stack of springs you have there. Could the springs be put on backwards? The spring clamp is very close to the tie rod, that's not correct.

I have the Black Diamond 3" lift kit, and my tie rod is close, but never have had it hit the spring pack, yet....and I've been in some good spots with alot of articulation (river banks, stumps, logs, etc.) and cleared every time. No drag and steers as hard as it always does with manual steering....I do have 5/8" over stock shackles, but that is it. If it helps, there are pics of the rod and springs in my album. Looks like your axle may have drifted ahead slightly after settling onto the packs/perches. My rod is just behind the pack clamp.

I had the same problem on my old and new lift...

With my YJ suspension I installed tapered bushings from Tereflex for less than $20 and they do not use a reamer tool just a drill press. Mine hit too, the flip seemed very logical. In fact look how parallel they are now too, no bump steer. Once I put the tub and front end on they are absolutely perfect with my stock pitman arm as my springs in this picture are pretty unsprung. I have around 3" of lift. I would recommend this to anyone installing a lift, to keep the geometry as close to stock as possible.
