I weighed my 69 CJ5

    I took my CJ to the truck scale just now and since there are always questions about weight I thought I'd post a picture and that it weighed 3140 lbs. There was only 20 pounds difference front axle and rear with the front being the heavier. I trailer this behind my motorhome and I've been curious what I was dragging around. It has a 225 engine.

    Yes I was surprised also. A truck driver getting his 18 wheeler weighed at the same time just couldn't believe it. I think it must be a result of the short wheelbase.
