GM HEI conversion?

    How much trouble would it be to convert my 401 to the GM HEI ignition? IT has the Delco Remy dissy now.:AMC:

    I did it to mine. There was a guy on ebay that would convert GM HEI's to fit AMC V8's, and sell them. I bought one of those. That was before they were available everywhere!

    It's recommended that you keep your old dizzy gear and install it on your new dizzy.

    It, along with new 8.5 mm wires, and a .045 spark plug gap, made quite an improvement.
