Sounds good to me. The first thing I noticed was the carpet. Check under it for sure as was mentioned earlier. Sounds like a lot of nice mods already.

Hahahaha... there was a reason I made sure not to post any of his contact information.

I do promise that on the off chance I don't get this I'll post his information. If I don't get it at least somebody that will appreciate it will end up the jeep.

Buy it and park it in southwest TN. and have a cop watch it for free.

T-18 swap would put the t-case lever further back on the floor.

$3500 sounds like a heck of a deal for that rig. Unless there are some serious gremlins hiding under that carpet, I say buy it.

(My prediction is that the shag is there to hide the tranny hump. Remember - with the 4spd swap, the floor plates are what most people have trouble making look stock again)

I still haven't gotten it and it's still for sale... this thing is taunting me. I called today and emailed, I looked over my finances and it will be tight but I want this vehicle!

You'd better get it before someone else does! I hate it when that happens.

It's now sitting in my driveway... hehehe...

Oh, apparently in the ad online he forgot to mention that it has a locker in the dana 44 in the rear.

It was interesting getting home, I took the freeway and it definitely drifts around more then most things I've driven. I'm not sure if the speedometer's right because it said I was going 65. I think I was going slower then that. Anyways, spring will be very interesting with that thing!

Holy necropost, Batman. I thought it was strange to see straighttoplaid asking about a CJ-5.
