I am not running a York but just one I pulled off an import at the bone yard. I took the brackets as well. Cost me $10.00. If you need a pic let me know. I also have a scribbled diagram and parts list around here somewhere.

Hi Steve! My on-board air is a Masterflow MF-1050, which is fine for tires, but won't of course drive an impact.

I won't be much help with the York Compressor, but here's a few pictures of CJ5/442's Jeep.

ok/ I talked to KILBY air, GREAT people , he said they never have made a mount for the York on a 225. he asked me if that motor (225)or 231? ever came with air conitioning . now this might be a stupid question, did jeep have air on some models? maybe other than cj's and if they did what compessor did it run.that bracket would be a good start . maybe I need to look at a passenger car ? but I don't want to run a gm radial compressor . does anyone have this mount that I could buy?

AC on a Universal? Ha! Heaters were optional. ;)

GM used AC on 231s but it would've been a Harrison unit I'd assume as GM didn't use Yorks to my knowledge.

Oh, yeah, Kilby is good people. I remember way back in the Internet's dark ages when he started the business.

If there is a available pulley, then it is "possible".
I have mounted stranger things to engines that were never intended to drive them. What you gotta do is gaze at the motor and figure out where the best spot is going to be. Pay close attention to what available bolts are to be used for mounting. Then fab up the brackets using angle, flat, etc steel and a mig welder. Takes time....

I would modify a 231 a/c bracket to fit the york.
