Drivers side floor picture request

I was curious what everyones drivers side floor looks like I'm trying to figure out if my floor was pieced together by the po or am I missing some parts.

I recognize the relocation of the gas pedal and the high beam clicker but I'm not sure what the other holes are for. I want to make sure I dont weld up the wrong holes.

the big round hole was for access to the master cylinder, i say was because it looks like someone has converted it to the swinging pedals,insted of the stock thru the floor ones

 

Here's a couple of pictures of mine -- maybe I should have cleaned it up first
