I'm starting my 66 rebuild and have heard about and seen disc brakes on some rigs. How difficult is it, whats the cost and where can you get the parts. My axles are out so its probably easier now than later. thanks

Did you even bother to check? This article has a list of parts and where to get them along with prices (at the time it was written).

Forgive me for being a bit headstrong, but it's rather frustrating to me to see folks like Steve take the time to write an article and I took the time to put it on the web and try to organize stuff only to have people ask for the same thing over and over and over when it's right there...

I do expect people to come here and ask questions AFTER reading the article, but not to come here and ask questions that are addressed in the article.

Ok then, let's turn the tables.

What can I do to make navigating the site better so you can find the information that you need?

Tim there is a TON of info in the tech section that can/will help you w/ your build, also the search function is a great way to find info. I knew very little about Jeeps when I purchased mine, and doubtful I'd have been able to do my build w/o the info I got from this site or help from it's members. Spend the time researching in the tech section, it's time well spent:beer:
