I need to cut a hole in my fiberglass body for my twin sticks on my D18 and I was wondering if anyone had a picture or measurements of the hole location in the floor compared to the pivot point on the front output. My jeep came in pieces and I now have the body in place and I am ready to start cutting to install the sticks. I suppose the 2 wheel drive position would be what I am looking for. Is it directly above, 1" offset front or back? etc.

Also, has anyone ever modified the pivot shaft in a way to utilize it for a Warn overdrive? I have a th350 and I am struggling to find a bolt down location for the bracket in it's present form.

addressing your second question...My OD pivot is mounted toward the front of the tranny, had to mod the linkage making it longer. If you go to my photo bucket account you can look on page3 down at bottom left....good pic of linkage location as opposed to what's stock
    Hope this helps, Jim S.

I picked up a used overdrive that the prior owner had modified the twin sticks so that he could add a third stick for the o.d. He machined the bosses down an all three sticks and heated and bent the one for the overdrive. I think I still have the sticks and shift rod if you might be interested.

I mounted my OD bracket to the rear corner of my trans by cutting the bracket in half (longways), flipping it 180* and re welding. The OD stick now mounts behind the twin sticks . I did have to bend the OD stick al little as well.
