nice, but i'm not restoring, i just want something that will keep my feet outta the exhaust and mud. any line up on cheapo stuff (sounds horrible, but i'm looking for something that wont hurt my feelings when this thing winds up rubbing into a tree or being drug along a ditch line...... thanks though....

You could go JCwhitney. But I will say the quality was so bad I spent more time trying to get them right then it was worth it by a long shot.

i've used some of their panels before and know what poor quality they are. the thing here is its a $100 jeep that i've got to do brakes, windsheild frame, floor pan, and clutch on before i can wheel it and i'm going to try to make a club run in november. i've got a job ahead of me here and need to do it on the cheapo.

Quadratec sells repop panels fairly cheap. I just got some for my '62. They go from the firewall halfway along the door opening. I think I paid $16 a side.

    http://www.jeepanelsplus.com/ is another good source.

Some of the panels are sold by Raybuck - however, their web site does not list much Jeep stuff. They have a catalog.

Most of the panels are flat, or with simple curves and bends. Very few surfaces have compound curves. Flat steel from almost any source will work if it doesn't have to be pretty. Your local HVAC or sheet metal shop can make things like hat channel for you.

If you live close to Atlanta Omix-Ada occasionally has a scratch and dent sale.
