woke up early to check on the battery charging
sun was out and had many plans for the CJ
Set up a few wires for hot wireing and tried to get her started
Took out the old plugs that looked liked they were the originals.
My son( hes 11 ) and I went to walmart to get new plugs, but they only go back to 1982:(
Thanks to this forum I had a new friend that I could depend on
He goes by the name on here as 1963cj5 in north carolina
I called him from walmart to get a cross reference to the plug number and came through' New york to north Carolina!!!!
    Thank you very much!!!
My CJ that I thought I would never hear run started and ran a bit rough
After a few more starts it purrs smooth
We took it for a few rides down the driveway, sitting on milk crates
She shifts, brakes and runs nice
Need a new radiator and exhaust, sheet metal and some rewireing
IM HOOKED ,, THANKS TO ALL YOU ON THE FORUM!!!!
Its a keeper, even though the wife wants it gone, but thats before when she didnt think it ran
    Thats another project:)

Nothing better than sneaking the test rides in with no seats because you just can't wait any longer!
