    I am restoreing a 79 cj5 and would like to learn as much as I can with out taking some continued education courses at the local college. If anyone knows any good video and/or books that have basic jeep/ 4x4 tech info and also any metal fabrication , body work and mechanic how to videos . I would greatly appreciate any info you guys can throw my way.

    Welcome from Denver! You might go to http://www.eastwoodco.com/ and see what they have. Lots of tools and other goodies too, but they can be pricey.

    One of the best bodywork books I've found is," Automobile Sheet Metal Repair" by Robert L. Sargent. It's out of print but sometimes you can find it in used book stores. Also, When Champion Auto Parts had stores here in Denver, they had a couple of autobody repair videos that are pretty helpful.
