Installed hydraulics on my clutch. Replaced the pressure plate and clutch plate, along with a new fork and throw out bearing.

Wilwood cylinders function great until the bearing meets up the fingers on the pressure plate then it is rock solid. Won't move!

Any ideas? What did I do wrong? Any suggestion before I have to pull the engine again?

    Thanks

Is you clutch pedal bottoming out the piston in the master cylinder? :?

When I installed mine I really had a hard time getting all the air out of the system. I found it wouldn't make the full stroke to engauge the clutch.

Yes, I now have full stroke with the cylinders unhooked, I had a hard time getting the air out as well. Hooked up, I have about 1/16" clearance between the bearing and fingers the pedal moves about 3/8" and is solid, lots of pedal travel remaining. Looking through the inspection window I can see the bear against the fingers and it is rock solid as you see the cylinder load up on pressure.

That's what I am thinking, , did not want to admit it to myself.

Wonder how I can get a look with out pulling the engine.
