    Anyone know what happened between 1975-1976 that makes it so difficult to find parts for a pre 1976 cj-5. I just accuired a 73 and would like to start the restoration process.

    Parts arnt that hard to find.
    Try 4wd.com , Jeepdoc.com , walcks4wd.com theres a bunch more . What are you looking for?

    I need new hood and winsheild hinges, floor boards, corners, dash, seats, and more but everything I see is made for a 76 or newer.
