Just installed new clutch into my 61 134ci t-90 dana 18 cj5 everything went smoothly and lined up but the throwout bearing will not reach the pressure plate, the bellhousing is bolted to block and everything is bolted together where it needs to be even the crossmember but yet when i pull the clutch cable all the way it almost touches the pressure plate but wont. I have repeated the process twice checking everything from pressure plate and disc thickness but everything is identical, oh yeah when i put the pressure plate back on the flywheel the 3 prongs that the throwout bearing hits are pushed down almost half way from when they are uninstalled if that makes any sense, if they didn't go down at all I know the throwout bearing would meet them but I don't know how much a pressure plate has to move to fully engage a clutch, if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't think a person could pull the cable and engage the clutch.
If the fork and fork pivot ball are okay, and the fork is positioned correctly, not much left to point at other than the pressure plate itself.
Since the t/o bearing is pressed onto the carrier, and it can only travel so far on the bearing retainer, not much left to error other than the disc/pressure plate.
have you tried using the clutch pedal and depressing it ?
    adjustment ?

there is also a procedure outlined in the FSM for checking the arm height of the arms on the pressure plate when it is bolted down
maybe the arms need minor adjusting ?

Are you sure the clutch disc is facing the proper direction?
