68 CJ5 T14 Trans cover?

    Anyone know of anywhere that might make reproduction or any salvage places that might have a trans cover for my 68 CJ5 T14? I just tore into my new 68 this weekend and I am finding I have a lot of work ahead of me..

    I bought one about a year and half ago from Archer brothers in Hayward Calif. They have a web site but I donot rember the address.

    Archer Bros does not exist any more. They sold out to Fitzpatrick that owns the G503 page.

    Well I am still looking if anyone else has any ideas.. The one that I thought was the large trans cover just turned out to be the small one that goes around the shifter. I have searched around and keep turning up nothing.. A :beer: to who ever finds one..R)

    I think I got mine from archer bros as well. These have always been hard to find and I snagged one as soon as I saw it. It's still hanging on the garage wall :)

    I would try walck's 4wd or any jeep junkyard. PM me if you can't find one I might be willing to sell mine.

    Just so you guys know, this guy has a few left! The Rigidsteel place no longer sells just the cover, you have to buy the entire floor pan... So if you need one give Carl a call!!:)

    Thanks, it was $95 plus shipping! Not toooooo bad for a almost impossiable part to find...
