What's it worth?

Sorry to post this here if it's the wrong place, but I'm just inquiring right now and it's not up for sale.....yet. Anyway, what is a metal Meyers top with full metal doors and roll down windows in good condition worth? I've got a buddy who needs a new 258 or some serious work done to his and he would also prefer a soft top so he looking into a possible sell on the hard top or partial trade and cash or whatever.....Thanks!

Particularly in Michigan, I'd figger that'd be worth around $500, particularly with winter around the corner. Especially if it is as nice as it looks (pics can be very forgiving).

 

I'm gonna agree with plunk here. If it is in as gooda shape as it looks you should easily get $500 for it. Cold weather's comin, I wish it would hurry up so my grass would quit growin.

 

$500 would be the fair price. Both the buyer and seller would be getting a pretty decent deal. But that top could easily sell for $650 in an ebay situation where someone really wanted a nice metal hard top.

I was going to say $900 but then again I am so despirate for a running Jeep I would pay just about anything for a Jeep that only needs a motor.

 

I am looking at getting one with the small windows from a guy in Rexburg for 800 bucks, the only reason that I have not jumped on it yet is the SMALL INKEY DINKEY WINDOWS!!! Too bad you are not closer.
