that depends on condition and location, but I'd say yes. And, time of year plays a part... tops cost more when its cold out...

I want it for winter, and it's about 40 miles away. I've got a bikini top but that don't do much good in the cold and rain.

A bikini top in the winter builds character... and frozen wiskers...

Only reason I'd be hesitant about fiberglass would be from damage or whatnot... working on fiberglass is a PITA.

Nothing a little flat black won't fix. Seriously though, I just want something that's not broken or rusted out to cover my head. And windows that open are nice.

You won't have to worry about me sanding on it too much. Me not like fiberglass. I'll just paint over it.

i have seen a couple different styles of glass tops for the 5's.. acme being the most common i think.. i guess it depends on how nice it is and how much work you would have to do to it.

I posted one in the for sale section because they don't come up that often. If it's in good shape at all it will never lose it's value. People are holding on to them, ask Sparky. He recently said he wished he'd have kept his.

Compare that hard top price to a new soft top! If you like to use your jeep in the fall/winter out in the brush/mud/snow, the hard top would be great! Windows that don't scratch as easy, mud hoses off, you can scrape frost of the glass windows, looks like a good deal to me.
