How much trouble was the install. I have done some projection kits that were pretty simple, and then I have done some that were kind of a PITA.
    Oh yeah, :uwop:

What is this you speak of? You can "bolt-on" fuel injection? How come I didn't know this.....how much? What engines? Tell me more, tell me more...:)

Just the standard 2 barrel holley fuel injection will work. I have the 2D. It's works just fine on an odd-fire with HEI.

what I did was I found a listing for holley projection and ordered it, then I installed a 2bbl intake to 4bbl carb. adapter and when the pro kit came in I installed it. I have the analog system so I don't need a laptop for it. My friend installed the HEI setup about a year ago so things were simple. The thing I found out is now you can flip the jeep over on it's lid(god forbid) and this thing stays running. it don't floodR) If you can read, you can install this kit and it goes on ANYTHING! ford, chevy, mopar, AMC, 4-6-8-10-or 12 cyl. I LOVE THIS THING!!!!!

There are some pics of my install in the thread titled "225 w/pro-jection"
You almost can't tell it's fuel injected with the air cleaner on.

I don't believe it... was it really that easy? What is the part/model number of the projection?

@ what RPM are you making those numbers? I am assuming a chassis dyno?

No way a stock 225 v6 would make 219 hp on a chassis dyno period. A highly modified one maybe. I'd be skeptical of it making 219 gross hp, stock with the fuel injection. A 160 gross hp (factory rated) would only make about 95 hp on a chassis dyno on a good day.

We pulled the motor yesterday and took it to speed labs and Dyno'ed it. Good to have friends with those type of toys. the only thing is it had the headers on it for the d-machine for saftey. At 3688 rpm it starts the peaking out

Good to hear. Proof is in the pudding. I do believe you. Got a pic of it all hooked up. I ahve seen firebreathing V8s on the stand, never seen a V6, actually would be way cool to see an Fhead on a dyno :)

I too would like to get MPG like that, hence one reason i am going to do injection one day :)
