    Can anyone tell me what diameter clutch comes stock on 1970 CJ5 With dauntless V6? I am considering centerline any thoughts?

    Factory specs call for a 10.4" single plate, dry-disc clutch with a diaphragm type spring assembly.

    Do you mean Centerforce? I had a problem getting theirs to work with my setup. However, I'm not using a stock tranny. I recommend that you do a search on this forum for more clutch info. There is a ton of it available, but you've got to look for it. I just did a search for "Centerforce clutch" here, and got 225 posts, so you can see this topic has been hammered. There is plenty of info here if you do a search.

    If you want to go with Centerforce, use Centerforce I.
    Centerforce II and DF don't work very well for our applications.
