    Congrats on the new gig.

i have hit the moment of “too many bad days” and i will eject.

i am still having a pile of fun. Officially licensed drone operator up next, get to train next few folks as well, that has always upped my own game in the past. If i can survive the ailments that include getting out of bed in the morning, i am good so far…

It is a good feeling. Almost empowering more so than not being beholden to anyone.

Time for a little update - fitting stuff in as I 'roll off' from work and still strengthening after the 'surgeries'...

Anyhow - Got the spring tabs for the bottom of the cover installed.

Just putting some primer on to keep things good until it gets warm enough and I have time for more paint work.

Next was to finish the notch needed to clear power hoses for the Saginaw conversion.

Little patch with the weld holes

    And finished up

I have a small 3/8 x 13 air belt sander (detail sander) that I've started using and it makes smoothing things off much better than the old flap disk. Just some food for those working on body metal.
