    That year in an E350 is probably a V10.
    They guzzle gas but they're pretty reliable.

    V10's are heavy duty and very reliable, don't be a dummy and wait a 100K to change your spark plugs and you wont have issues.

    Seen one hit one 250k, I bet it would have hit 450k with the rest of the truck and transmission. But the truck tried drinking from a river. :(

    Yes, V10's are much better than the 5.4. There are much more threads in the heads for spark plugs on a V10.

    Drove an overloaded F150 with the 4.6 and got 12mpg. Switched to an F250 with the same load, V10 and got 13mpg. The V10 seemed under powered and got me in
    trouble a few times trying to pass. Had to back off. Liked the 4.6 much much better when in it's power band. The V10 was probably better at towing.
