About a year ago I installed a new drag link and quadratec was extremely helpful getting me measurements for various drag links they had in stock. I wrote down the measurements so where but can’t find them. but from what I recall omix or crown made three or four in various sizes that spanned a pretty wide range. So they likely make one that fits your application.

When I did my Saginaw steering conversion, I purchased a pre made threaded drag link that accepted the CJ tie rod ends. Don't recall where it came from but a quick Google search shows a number of suppliers.

When I originally installed the Saginaw box in my 3B, I just bought a new intermediate CJ tie rod and shortened/re-taped the right hand thread end. The caveat being that was mid 70's and the tie rod was an actual AMC part, not omix or crown. I don't think any two Saginaw conversions will likely ever use the exact same length drag link and if you want optimum thread lengths, you will be making it. However, there are all sorts of 11/16-18 TRE's out there. Some of the Rambler applications from the late 50's-60's have really long threads.

    11/16-18 taps aren't that expensive.

I pulled the pitman arm. Its not upside down. It is indeed tapered, so it will only go on one way. It does not looked bent, but made this way. Maybe from a different vehicle? I am going to look for another one of these while I am at it.

when buying one keep in mind you can get longer or shorter ones in addition to the drop. It will make your steering quicker or slower depending on the length
