Who makes the best rotors for a 1982 CJ-5?

    What pads?

Are the ones sold by Autozone or O'Reillys about as good as any others?

    Thanks

There is no keeping track of who makes the best rotors anymore. It used to be Canadian made were better, then Mexico, then who knows anymore. I bought the Mexico made ones (no other choice) for my '94 Bonneville and performed flawlessly for 25,000 miles until I sold the car.

The last pads I bought for my Trailblazer were Autovalue "house brand" middle of the road price. Been very happy with the results.

    Found couple at Carquest

Bought two rotors at Carquest for 25 a piece. These are made in China. Heck, I thought Carquest sold 'Murican Made.....oh well..... the guy there told me that half the stuff they have now is made in China.....

Gosh, I love footing the bill for a flegling comunist-capitalist nation of a billion people that don't seem to have any problem with wanting to destroy us. Oh well....

God Bless America.... may she realize that industry RULES and services drool, before it is too late.
