I recently ordered a replacement pitman arm to put on my Ross box when I rebuild it. I'm replacing it because the ball is badly worn. The new one arrived and it looks to me like the casting and mmachine work are not quite right. What do you guys think? Is this usable or do I need to send it back?

As long as the "head" fits in the arm, the angle of the dangle shouldn't matter too much.
That said, with the quality of that I'd be looking at the other end where it mounts to the box.
Splines look correct, thickness, flats true so it mounts and tightens down correctly?
