I replaced my master cylinder some time ago, with a master cylinder from a local auto parts chain. It was a not a direct replacement if I remember correctly, port sizes were different. It fixed the squishy pedal, but now my back brakes lock up with any hard pressure. Do I have my lines reversed?

Here's the brass distribution block that mounts inside the frame rail near the driver's side engine mount. The top ports are 7/16"-24 thread. The bottom ports are 3/8"-24 thread. The bore size thru the body is 3/32" Dia. for both top and bottom ports. The top ports are meant to go from MC to the front brakes. The bottom ports are meant to go from MC to the rear brakes. Don't see any use for the bottom ports, just makes the rear brake line have to make a U-turn back to the frame rail behind the MC. I plan to run the rear line directly from the secondary port on the MC to the frame rail and rearward. This part may be vestigial, having some different function on earlier model jeeps. If the block was cross-drilled, all four ports would be common, maybe useful for a single-piston MC?
