Ross Steering Box

    Is there a difference between the Dauntless Ross steering box and the F and L head jeep (older) Ross steering box?? If yes--what is the difference and how does one tell the difference. I have read in a thread or two, "try to use a Ross out of a Dauntless".

    Larger diameter sector shaft in the V 6 and military models, M 38A1. I think one is 3/4" and the other is 7/8" Good Luck
