My collection of fasteners included in my basket case is getting low. On the second reassembly after the timing chain some dope timed it 180 off. So for the grill I just have a large bolt with a notch in it and a two piece rubber washer and a big flat washer in the center. Except for attaching to the fenders is that it? Then it looks like the radiator just has four bolts that hook to the back of the grill. Does the radiator use any rubber washers or anything to help with vibration? Any rubber or anything where the fenders attach to the grill? Then the fenders except for one bolt on the frame below master cyclinder, don't seem to attach to the frame anywhere else...Is this right? Thanks, Don

What about the two long rods that run from the firewall to the grill? Or did yours not come with them?

My rods are identical but look like they will hook right up. threaded on one end and slight bend on the firewall end just so the bolt lays flat.

The large center bolt on the grill bottom is tight but the grill still pivots, which will stop when its attach to the fenders and rods. Is this correct or do I maybe have the two rubber grometts and large washer in the wrong order?

Bolt on the fenders first then the grill, adjust to fit them.
