How Much Is My Jeep Worth?

    Been building this thing for a couple of years and wondering what it's worth. Does the beer cost get included in the build cost?

    Frame up rebuild. Road and trail ready. Currently used as a daily driver.

    The list too many to mention:

    - Rear Axle - Dana 44, 4:27 gears, Power Loc limited slip differential, New axle bearings.
    - Front Axle - Dana 30, 4:27 gears, chromoly axles, Power Loc limited slip differential, new bearings, chrome differential covers front and back.
    - 258 inline six famous for its reliability and low end torque. New 2 brl Motorcraft 2100 carp. Starts on 1st click even on cold mornings.
    - This thing will idle up a hill. Strong hill climbing capabilities.
    - New tie rod ends (inner and outer) and ball joints, top and bottom. New steering damper. 2.5" lift kit.
    - Front and rear leaf springs re-sprung by Rightway Spring, Tacoma. Shackle Reversal on front springs. New leaf spring pivot eye bushings.
    - New Warn locking hubs. New universal joints on both drive lines.
    - Converted to 4 wheel power disc brakes. New stainless steel brake lines all around. New proportioning valve. New emergency brake system and cables.
    - New 16" wheels and Toyo M/T Country tires.
    - Frame boxed and coated with KBS frame paint inside and out. New nuts and bolts pretty much everywhere.
    - 4 speed transmission. New clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing. Hydraulic Clutch conversion. Dana 20 transfer case.
    - New Optima batteries with Painless digital power manager/battery isolator. New 100 amp chrome alternator.
    - New radiator and fan. New radiator hoses. New radiator fan shroud. New water pump.
    - New 2 speed heater motor. New fan wheel. New heater core. Works great for heating and defrost. New heater hoses. New fresh air box.
    - New exhaust system with Scorpion muffler.
    - Painless wiring harness. New wiring throughout. New tail lights and backup lights. New side marker lights.
    - New LED light bar and LED bumper mount lights.
    - New starter relay. New horns. New radio and speaker system. New Cobra 29 CB. New Warn 8000 lb. winch.
    - All new gauges. All gauges including speedo are accurate. New speedometer cable. New speedometer drive gears. Stainless steel dash. Everything in the dash is new including wiring. New flaming river tilt steering wheel.
    - New Best Top Super Top. Bikini top. I have a hard top and doors that will need a little restoration.
    - New 21 gallon fuel tank conversion. New stainless steel fuel line. New fuel pump. New fuel tank sending unit.
    - New windshield wiper motor, linkage, and wiper arms. New windshield washer bottle and pump.
    - New dash pad. Chrome hood hinges. Chrome mirror mounts. New stainless mirrors.
    - New Body paint is carbon fiber metallic. Looks very sharp. New body mounts all around. New fender flares. New stainless hood hardware. Several coats of under body coating.
    - New carpet with carpet pad. New Seats front and back. Passenger side is original jeep fold and tumble - Reupholstered. Very rare find. New Corbeau rear fold and tumble seat.
    - Full roll cage. New Center console. New 3 point seat belts. New rock rails on the sides.
    - New bumpers front and back. New Swing out rear tire carrier.
    - There's more I'm sure I'm missing.

    nice jeep , but price wise . it's what you want to sell it for . and what a buyer is willing to pay
    like any other hobby . you'll never get money back for time spent on build . but it does help with the over all package
    pick a price , that you can live with and list it

    Good rule of thumb is 1/2 of whatever you think...

    Nice jeep... Looks like a nice build with attention to detail.

    When viewing the pics via my Android I'm getting a pop virus scan alert stating "Your Android has 21 viruses". I know you have photobucket (so do I), but I wonder why it's only happening when looking at your album?

    This concerns me and the forum's protection. I may kill the thread, but will consult with the other mods first.

    Sounds like a very nice Jeep. As mentioned above it is only worth what someone else is willing to pay. I built mine very similar to yours and have 25k+ in parts alone. I am not worried about selling because I never will sell it. Ever.
