I was going by the 1974 factory service manual available from oljeep. Like an idiot I assumed the wiring was similar to my 1975 until I tore into it. Then started noticing the differences. I always use alldatadiy for my factory service needs but their database doesn't reach that far back.

So in a scramble I searched the internet for the wiring diagram and came up with the file I attached. I don't know the source but the wiring matches my 1975 much better than the '74 FSM from oljeep.

Thanks for the link, are there good quality digital versions available for sale, if not I'll go with this printed version.

Excellent, that's good to know. I did exactly how you described. Filled tcase first, then transmission. Drove around for a bit and then topped off transmission. Repeat the drive and top off of transmission. Oh and I did all this twice trying to remove all the old watery fluid.

I don't know about the digital versions. I have a few manuals, what I've bought and what I find on the net. I always download complete any manuals I find on the net, since you never know how long they will be there.

The 1975 TSM is on order. Rockauto seemed to have the best price.

So did you buy the CD-ROM or printed copy? If you bought the CD, let us know what you think. $23 is pretty cheap for that book. Or even if you get the print copy.

I bought the CD version. I'll let you know, I hope the quality is good. Rockauto sure had good things to say about it in their description.
