Help ID unusual aluminum CJ5 hardtop

Hey gents,
I almost forgot. This is sitting in a barn, close.
I can't for the life of me sort out what brand. Aluminum. Only driver's glass left, sliding/latch mechanism gone from one door. Rear hatch is included, but glass gone too. Looks like some of the edge is missing probably from vibration of tailgate. Needs complete restore.
He wants $200 for it, an hour away. What ya think?

 

Good price. Maybe a Sears top. Where are you? Maybe an extra $200 will get you that poor rusted out Jeep.

 

I thought it was a decent price. After fuel, maybe $300 in the whole trip. Ohio. The Cj is gone. He only has the top left.
I like it, as it would ba a top I could use the original roll bar and windshield from the '75 CJ5(unless I am mistaken?).
Plus, as my CJ will eventually be a military themed project, it would lend itself to that look.

Does everyone agree it is a Sears top?
